There are many other sources of methane, one of them is the flooded rice paddies, a major food supply worldwide. Control this, and you reduce the yield of this vital food.

Detroit Residents: 50% Are 60 Days Delinquent On Water Bill Payments. Shut Off of Service to Begin.

Once a great city.

The report states about 2,000 delinquent accounts every week.

That's thousands of toilets that will not be flushed!

Think about that.

Diseased city, unsafe, stay away!

The city utilities need funds, you would think they would be quick to collect.

It may be that the accounts are for abandoned homes, businesses and factories!
