California Will Be Out of Cash by March, States Controller. This Is News!

• News? It happens every year!
• Governor Brown still wants to build his $109 billion high speed rail, is the Governor assured that there will be passengers? Take AMTRACK for an example, without government subsidy it would not survive.
• Take the $109 billion and build prisons, this will be a testament to Califonia's Great Society. 
• Governor Brown, have the courage to do what the good governor of Wisconsin did. Fought the unions tooth and nail, and now, Wisconsin has a small surplus.
• Bankruptcy: Orange County had one some years back, now the state is headed that way as well.
