Supreme Court's Mandate Is Not a Tax, Asserts the White House!

• So then the law must be unconstitutional!
• So much for the Romney campaign staff to use.
• The President himself has said many times that it was not a tax.
• Any tax bill can easily be repealed by the Senate- 51 votes.
