Black History Month in Long Beach, CA. Kids to Pull Up Saggy Pants.

• Black kids, just want to be noticed; the way it has been, and it will always be in varying fades.

• When I was a kid, some 65 years ago, getting a short crew cut was pretty extreme.

• Any harm done to anybody?

Some might think you are making yourself look like a fool- that's harm to yourself, and perhaps your race - maybe and maybe not. Depends on whether you care about what people think of you.
