Los Angeles Sheriff Baca OK's Special Driver's License for Illegal Immigrants.

• Illegal in first place, pick and choose which laws to enforce.
• So if a white guy has no license, can he get a pass like the Mexican?
• What about insurance? They never carry it.
• So if you break the law, you are rewarded with a driver's license; but you have to be a Mexican.
• That's what it appears to be.
