Detroit Declared a Financial Emergency. Governor Rick Snyder to Pick Manager.

• 14 billion debt!
• Who will take the manager's job?
• The manager will have strong powers. Can sell property, fire personnel, dissolve unions, etc.
• The city is about 75% black.
• Will the manager have to be black?
• Presently, the city is a waste land, much of it converted to farmland.
• A lot of corruption to create this debacle.
• Will the State Attorney be able to find anything?
• Shredding machines probably been busy for a long time.
• It will be interesting to read how this finally plays out.
• Obama has at this time a long list to pardon , the list will keep growing.
