California's Democrat Legislature Passes "Homless Bill of Rights."

• They can urinate, sleep on your doorstep, leave trash and  responsible people cannot stop it!
• So if the beggar wants some change, you have to give it?
• Can State laws trump city laws?
• Certainly is not a move to get more votes from the gutter people.
• Will sensible police enforce such stupidity?
• Can I park my RV in the park?
• I'll tell them I am homeless.
• Enforcement of this crazy legislature will burden the already short staffed enforcement personnel.
• Will the Governor "Moonbeam" sign it?
• Just some thoughts today from the former Golden State.
