Bloody Chicago Weekend Carnage Toll: 6 Dead, 17 Wounded. One Arrest Reported.

Once a great city.

Does anybody care?

Has the most stringent gun control laws, but has a city out of control.

Reports no race riots, whereas the rest of the nation has some minor disturbances.

Obama, this is your city, you should be there.

Just some thoughts for the day.

  • It is gangs with the guns.
  • Good people cannot have guns to defend themselves!
  • President Obama's home town. Is he proud?
  • No arrests reported.
  • It seems Chicago citizens do not care.

Chicago's Saturday Night Sunday Morning Shootings: 1 Dead, 12 Shot.

  • A 14 year old shot and a 18 year old dead.
  • Be proud Chicago!
  • If the report does not report the race of the murders and assault victims, can we assume on our own?
  • I am saddened and disgusted with this carnage in a once great and proud city!
  • Your safety is in jeopardy if you visit this city.
  • No arrests or suspects reported.
  • It appears to be the very young: curfew for everybody in the problem area.
  • When will the good citizens of Chicago say, this is enough?

Mexcan Drug War Carnage Continues: 23 Dead In Nuevo Laredo.

  • Tourism must be a challenge.
  • Obama's and Holder's fast and furious guns committing these atrocities?
  • Media coverup in the American Press.
  • All these murders going on just across our border.
  • Janet of Homeland Security says our border towns are safe.
  • Anyway, there is another way to look at it:  it is the bad guys killing the bad guys.
  • An excerpt from the BBC report,

Mexico's drugs cartels have long been engaged in bloody battles for control of smuggling routes into the US.
Around 50,000 people have died in drug-related violence in Mexico since 2006, when President Felipe Calderon began deploying troops to fight the cartels.
Discontent over the bloodshed has boosted support for opposition parties ahead of July's presidential election.
  • The election platform will be law and order, or an appeal for U.S. to grant citizenship to their illegals. Sarcasm off.
