Texas' Gov. Perry Finds Obama's Order for Illegals Non Deportation Cannot Overrule State Law.

• It is very clear they are ignoring established state law.
• Respect for law and order has diminished greatly over the last 40 years. 
• Laws are for governing to keep the people safe and secure.
• By the way, our prisons have large population of illegal alien criminals.
