Dollar Bill May be Replaced With Coin. Might Save $ Billions.

• We have them, nobody uses them.
• A lot of weight to pocket.
• Just design a bill that is more durable. 
• What's so hard about that?
• You could mint a coin with a large hole , like a doughnut to reduce weight.
• Carry them around your neck on a chain. Ha.
• Why don't these Washington critters, put out an appeal for suggestions, and pay like $100,000 for the best idea? And use it!
