Steve Forbes Elated Over Rick Perry's "Flat Tax" Plan.

  • Every tax payer must spend at least 20 hours a year on preparations and maintaining records.
  • Then, how about the hours the IRS devotes to it all.
  • Must have interest deduction or it will not pass.
