Can this be resolved without DOJ Holder? No.
He has more important assignments - such as criminalizing CIA heroes.
U.S.of A. Send out a stern warning that any 9/11 again, we turn Mecca and all that Arabian sand into glass immediately after their attack. 
 Obama won't do it, we need to draft a resolution from the House.
