The New Huge U.S. Export: Gasoline.

  • We are still importing crude, no change there until we get a new president.
  • The article gives the reason for the gasoline surplus, due to more fuel efficient cars and ethanol.
  • My reason is that fewer are driving to work. No jobs!
Here is an excerpt from the report.
"We've got plenty of excess refining capacity," said Jonathan Cogan, a spokesman for EIA. "It's a reminder that this is a global oil market, and it's reflected by the movements of products to where they will get the highest prices."
This should bring more jobs.
