School Junk Food Is Not Making Kids Fat. Why? Studies Prove It.

  • It's not the type of food, it is the quantity.
  • Pizza, is a good balanced food. Meat, cheese, bread and vegetables.
  • What's consumed when the kids get home is what's making them fat.
  • High protein low carbohydrates diet is proven to lose weight. 
  • High protein is more costly than white rice, pasta, white bread, and other refined carbohydrates,
  • Is one reason for the choice of many families.
  • Fries, chips and sugar laden soft drinks are hard to resist.
