California's Bullet Train: New Poll Reveals 59 % Would Vote Against It.

  • Bullet Train to nowhere some have called it.
  • It will be slowed by the proposed adding slow passenger and freight traffic to the rail.
  • This will only serve Los Angeles and San Francisco, with no stops, if this is true, there will not enough passengers. If you add stops, it will be just another slow train.
Here is a excerpt from the report,
On Friday, Central Valley farm groups filed a major environmental lawsuit in Sacramento County Superior Court, asking for a preliminary injunction to block rail construction. Plaintiffs include the Madera and Merced county farm bureaus and Madera County. The suit is one of several already on the books, and still more agricultural interests in the Central Valley are threatening to sue.
  • California is already on the verge bankruptcy, this proposal has the Democrat unions backing and has infected the state lawmakers with their money.
  • Democrats who favored this may find that support may not be favored by today's Californians where 1 to 2 out of 10 are unemployed.
