Sugar. the New Health Villain.

Diabetes, a lifetime of sugar consumption which can be controlled. 

Another program for our nanny government.

Sugars, have always been a threat.

The solution that has been with us for 50 years; is the Atkins Diet, which is high in protein, low in sugars.

Eat little of no refined foods, such as white bread, white rice, pasta and you will not be ill so often.

Think, just a few seconds consuming ice cream delight, versus the rest of your life looking and feeling like a slob.

     Just some thoughts for the day.
