If a Los Angeles citizen wants to drive to Las Vegas(many do), 325 mile trip, with 2 recharges which takes 6 hours each, assuming there are recharge stations available, normal driving time is 6 hours plus 12 hours waiting for recharges, would be 18 hours total elapsed time versus the 6 hour trip with a gas engine.
- Apparently the car is only for short trips.
- You must make sure you recharge every day when you get home to be sure you do not get stuck with a dead battery. It is not the same as running out of gas. Remember, you have to wait 6 hours for recharge.

- 113 mile range, will be greatly diminished when air conditioning and heater are utilized.
- Freezing climate diminishes battery efficiency.
- Replacement battery, may cost you $10,000.
- How much to dispose the battery?
- There are many gas and diesel powered automobiles today that can give you 30 to 40 miles per gallon.
