U.S. Democratic Senator Durbin Is Unsure if the Constitution Protects Online Bloggers.

• He does not know if the First Amendment protects U.S. citizens of all occupations, even speaking on the street corner or typing away on your computer! 
• Unbelievable!
• Anyone can speak as long as you do not cause a disturbance, such as yelling 'fire' in a crowded theater. A Supreme Court Justice ruled this years ago.
• A solid precedence for free speech support.
• How can a lawyer senator speak this way, other than another try at stealing our rights.
• They have already failed with our gun rights, now are trying again to limit our First Amendment.
• Just some thoughts for today.

High Court to Hear Affirmative Action Case. White Student Denied Admission.

• Affirmative action, the greatest legislative blunder of all times. 
• Why do I say that?
• When one achieves anything, you must be proud of the fact you did it on your own.
• Just knowing this, when you pick your doctor or lawyer,  are you going to pick the black person suspecting that they got through the school with a little bit of favoritism?
• Just a thought.
