High Cholesteral Going Untreated According to World Health Organization

This news from BBC and written by Michelle Roberts

This news report seems to push for more statin drug less emphasis on diet. For the poor people who cannot afford drugs, it seems a good education on diet would be a better solution.

I have found that a diet high in protein low in carbohydrates reduces weight, glucose reduction(diabetes) and general all around good health is the best route. Requires discipline and a lifelong life style.

Read the book Good Calories, Bad Calories by Gary Taubes and you will be convinced.
The book has about 60 pages of references. Has been thoroughly researched.
     Available in most libraries.

You must reduce all refined foods, such as flour, rice, sugar and sodium.
