Dayton, Ohio Lowers Test Score for Police Exam to Fill Black Quota.

  • How demeaning this policy must be. Disgraceful.
  • What about the blacks who are qualified? They are automatically labeled unqualified, unfit.
  • How long are blacks going to keep on accepting these insults?
