Many are swayed by appearance, the issues involving race, the gender of the nomination and many issues are too complex nowadays for the voter to take time to evaluate. Critical thinking is required.
Everybody proving they can read and write the English language and a law abiding citizen gets one vote , while the taxpayer gets two votes. This puts the clear thinkers and responsible voters in charge.
