Makes sense me. Think how your auto insurance rates are determined; by your driving record.
If you are a risk , you pay higher premiums. The same goes for health insurance. That's my thought anyway.
If you do not care for your body and can pay, go for it, but If others have to pay for your disregard of your health and fail to quit smoking and gorging; that's not my problem.
