But they have their own 'texting language'. Maybe not so funny, but true. 
How can they afford cell phones?
So half of the Detroiters reading this report know about the problem.
Detroit is the worst, what about , Chicago, New York City, Cleveland , Los Angeles and so on, perhaps only a third cannot read. 
How did they vote?
