When a gun is pointed at you, it's a kill or be killed situation.
You have split second time to react.
Maybe some on the jury think he should have shot him in the foot or leg.
The robber was going to kill the Pharmacist, or just shoot him in the leg! Crazy!
My thought is, if you point a gun at someone, you might get killed.
