I always thought that prisons were primarily a place to be punished, to learn a hard lesson and don't do the crime again.
Need to change the California prisons to follow Sheriff Joe and his effective non-politically correct tent prison in Arizona.
The main problem in our society today, is it is that being politically correct is easier that challenging the ACLU.
