Serious problem indeed; only 15 F degrees above freezing for the tropical climate people having no heavier clothing than to put on more Tee Shirts,also needing blankets for sleeping.
Perhaps hard to understand for some people that 46F or 8 C to be disaster.
This will affect agriculture, slowing ripening or killing crops.
