Russian Leaders Putin and Medvedev Speaking Out, but Not in Agreement

Putin boasting about ethnics having friendly ties, while Medvedev was not exactly in accord.

This is a show for us to say , hey, they have a free society, look, two top leaders in disagreement!

A nation two generations under communist grip on every part of their lives; before that, centuries being ruled by tsarists, some cruel and others benevolent, but the nation community never were offered a chance , or did not care it seems to voice for change, until 1917 for Lenin. Seems they just gave up after the terrible World War II.

Such culture, it's music and literature- puzzling to me.
