North Korea Supported by China and Russia. Why?

China does not want a unified Korea. Another strong neighbor bothers them.
Bounded by Japan, India and unified Korea and Russia which is more concerned with Europe these days. Russia is not a strong power anymore  with internal unrest fomenting periodically, this will keep them inactive in this theater. Add to this, China will not be able to take control of Taiwan, which China feels is a part of the mainland.
