I can tell you why; how many illegals driving around without license or insurance?
They can drink while driving in Mexico.
Their cars are unsafe.
Cannot read English traffic signs.
Millions of other immigrants just don't get the hang of driving skills.
Driving here in Los Angeles can be challenging. Be alert when you see THEM!
