Governor Rick Perry Will Not Allow Feds to Sue State Immigration Laws.

  • We have immigration laws, but unenforceable by Feds meddling.
  • Governor of Texas for the third term, must be doing something right!
Here is an excerpt from the news report.
I’ll promise you one thing, as president of the United States, I will never allow the Department of Justice to sue a border state like Arizona for enforcing immigration law. Period,” Perry said.
The Arizona law is known as the strictest anti-illegal immigration action in recent U.S. History. It would make it a crime for an alien to be in the state without carrying required documents, which critics have said will increase racial profiling and infringes upon constitutionally protected civil liberties.  The law was set to begin last year but its most controversial provisions were blocked by a federal judge, partly at the doing of a lawsuit filed by the justice department.
We need Rick Perry for our president. You can trust him.
